Naked & Famous Denim uses only the most unique and rare denim fabrics from Japan. The prestigious mill in Japan, from which they import all their fabric, is committed to producing only the best (and most expensive) denim in the world. Throughout each step in denim production (weaving, dyeing, finishing…) the mill uses a combination of old school and modern methods and practices.

Fashion Glass



In the video DVF through Glass, designer Diane von Furstenberg uses Google Glass to record behind-the-scenes at New York Fashion Week last year (yes, that’s Sergey Brin seated in the front row).

Today Vogue released a series of images from the September issue of models wearing Glass photographed by Steven Klein near Lubbock, Texas, with the tag: “Beyond the blue horizon lies a futuristic vision of fashion—a beautiful minimalism tailored for the brave and the bold.”

(No)where (Now)here | Interactive Dresses



Ying Gao

Using eye tracking technology imbedded in the dresses, fashion designer Ying Gao’s “(no)where (now)here” interactive dresses move and glow in response to a viewer’s gaze. Photo-luminescent thread provides the illumination, and robotics slowly move the dress material.
